Sunken sidewalk panel beside a building

Start with the problem

Uneven panels on your walkway.

Uneven sidewalks interrupt a walking surface and create an awkward approach to your home or building. We assess each panel, the adjoining concrete, and the available lift so the repair fits the surrounding walkway.

What we look for.

Every slab gets an assessment before a repair is recommended.

Raised panel edges

A difference in elevation between adjoining sections is easy to catch with a foot or wheel.

A sinking approach

Walkways near porches and entries can settle away from the original elevation.

Support below the path

We check for settlement and voids instead of treating the surface alone.

How concrete lifting works

Drill. Lift. Patch.

Polyurethane concrete lifting, also called polyjacking, raises the slab from underneath. Here is how we do it.

Injection equipment used to lift an existing concrete slab
1

Drill 3/8" holes

We drill 3/8" injection points in the slab.

2

Inject & lift

Expanding polyurethane fills the space below the concrete. We control the lift and check the elevation as we go.

3

Patch and Use in 15 Minutes!

We fill the holes we drilled to give it a finished surface look.

For your sidewalk estimate

Photograph the uneven edge and the full run of neighboring panels. We look at the number of affected sections, the entry or step connection, walking access, and support below the path.

Sidewalk leveling questions.

Can a single sidewalk panel be lifted?

Yes. An isolated settled panel may be a good candidate. We inspect its condition and the neighboring elevations before recommending a lift.

Do you replace the whole walkway?

The goal is to keep usable concrete in place. We raise suitable panels through small injection points and patch the holes.

Can you lift concrete steps too?

We assess settled steps and entry approaches individually. Configuration, weight, and the condition of the concrete determine the options.

How do I get an estimate?
