What affects the cost of concrete lifting?

Concrete lifting is a targeted repair, so the price follows the work your slab needs. A single settled sidewalk panel and several large driveway sections are different projects, even when the visible height difference looks similar.
A starting point for residential projects
Many residential concrete-lifting projects run from a few hundred dollars to around $1,500–$2,000. We assess your slabs and confirm a firm price for the work your property needs. Larger or commercial projects are quoted individually.
The clearest way to compare options is to understand which panels are included, how they will be supported, and what the finished elevation is intended to achieve.
What goes into the estimate?
The number and size of slabs. More concrete or several separate repair areas can require more injection points and work.
The amount of settlement. We check the elevation difference and the surrounding surfaces. The lift needs to fit the garage, adjacent panels, entries, or other fixed points.
The space beneath the concrete. The visible low spot does not reveal the entire void. A slab may need support below it as well as a change in height. Learn about void filling.
The condition of the slab. Usable concrete can be a candidate for lifting. Badly shattered sections may need replacement instead. We explain that distinction before recommending the work.
Access and site conditions. Equipment access, stored items, vehicles, and the working area affect the plan. Drainage or ongoing washout may need separate attention.
Which photos should you send?
Start with a wider photo of the area so we can see how the affected concrete connects to the property. Add close views of the uneven edge, visible gaps, and cracks. A photo from the side can make a change in height easier to understand.
For a driveway, include the garage transition and neighboring panels. For a sidewalk, include the path on both sides of the settled section. For a patio, show the relationship to the house and adjoining surfaces.
Include your city or project location. Photos help us start the conversation; we confirm the scope and estimate for the actual property.
Keep the repair goal clear
A useful estimate connects the price to a result: lifting a settled section, improving an uneven transition, or supporting a suitable slab. It should also explain which existing cracks may remain and which drainage or other work falls outside the lift.
