Sunken concrete panels meeting at an uneven joint

Start with the problem

Uneven driveway panels.

A settled driveway can leave a sharp transition at the garage, uneven joints, or low spots that collect water. South Rim lifts supported sections back toward the surrounding surface so you can keep your existing driveway.

What we look for.

Every slab gets an assessment before a repair is recommended.

A drop at the garage

A driveway panel sitting below the garage floor creates a bump every time you pull in.

Uneven joints

One section can settle while its neighbor stays in place, leaving edges at different heights.

Low spots & pooling

A settled panel can change the way water moves. We assess the slab and discuss drainage that also needs attention.

How concrete lifting works

Drill. Lift. Patch.

Polyurethane concrete lifting, also called polyjacking, raises the slab from underneath. Here is how we do it.

Injection equipment used to lift an existing concrete slab
1

Drill 3/8" holes

We drill 3/8" injection points in the slab.

2

Inject & lift

Expanding polyurethane fills the space below the concrete. We control the lift and check the elevation as we go.

3

Patch and Use in 15 Minutes!

We fill the holes we drilled to give it a finished surface look.

For your driveway estimate

Show us the garage transition, the entire settled panel, and adjoining concrete. Panel size, vehicle access, voids beneath the slab, and the intended drainage slope help determine the scope.

Driveway leveling questions.

Can you lift just part of a driveway?

Yes. We assess the individual panels and surrounding elevations, then target the areas that need lifting.

Does driveway leveling fix every crack?

Lifting restores elevation and support. Existing cracks may remain visible, and broken or badly deteriorated concrete may need replacement.

When can I drive on the repaired area?

Vehicle-ready in as little as 15 minutes after injection. The crew checks the slab and confirms timing for your driveway.

What affects the price?

The number and size of panels, depth of settlement, voids below the slab, and access affect the estimate. Send photos to start, and we will confirm the scope.
