Start with the problem

Settled patio slabs.

Settled patio concrete can leave uneven edges, low spots, or a drop near the house. We check the patio, the adjoining surfaces, and the direction of drainage before planning a controlled lift.

What we look for.

Every slab gets an assessment before a repair is recommended.

Uneven patio sections

Panels at different heights can make an outdoor space awkward to use.

A drop near the house

Settlement can create an uneven transition at an entry or next to a foundation.

Water gathering on the surface

Low spots need assessment. Correcting the elevation and addressing ongoing drainage work together.

How concrete lifting works

Drill. Lift. Patch.

Polyurethane concrete lifting, also called polyjacking, raises the slab from underneath. Here is how we do it.

Injection equipment used to lift an existing concrete slab
1

Drill 3/8" holes

We drill 3/8" injection points in the slab.

2

Inject & lift

Expanding polyurethane fills the space below the concrete. We control the lift and check the elevation as we go.

3

Patch and Use in 15 Minutes!

We fill the holes we drilled to give it a finished surface look.

Show the full patio, the door or steps, and where water collects. The number of panels, furniture or access restrictions, surrounding elevations, and drainage affect the repair plan.

Patio leveling questions.

Will lifting change how water drains?

It can change the surface slope. We assess the existing drainage and surrounding elevations before lifting. Downspouts or other drainage problems may need separate correction.

Will you remove my patio?

We keep suitable existing slabs in place and lift through small injection holes. Severely shattered concrete may need another repair.

What should I move before the visit?

Clear furniture and stored items from the area and provide access to the settled sections. We will discuss project-specific preparation when scheduling.

Can you assess a patio with several settled panels?

Yes. We assess the panels together and explain how the surrounding elevations affect the repair plan.
