Start with the problem
Settled garage concrete can create low areas, uneven transitions, and cracks. South Rim checks the condition of the slab and the space beneath it before recommending a repair. Lifting addresses the floor slab; structural foundation issues need their own assessment.
Every slab gets an assessment before a repair is recommended.
Changes in elevation can leave visible gaps or a floor that no longer sits where it should.
Loss of support is part of the assessment. Filling the space below the concrete helps support the lift.
Walls, door openings, utilities, and stored equipment all affect planning.
How concrete lifting works
Polyurethane concrete lifting, also called polyjacking, raises the slab from underneath. Here is how we do it.

We drill 3/8" injection points in the slab.
Expanding polyurethane fills the space below the concrete. We control the lift and check the elevation as we go.
We fill the holes we drilled to give it a finished surface look.
Include a wide view of the floor, visible cracks, and the garage-door threshold. Tell us about equipment and access. We assess the slab condition and support before deciding whether lifting is suitable.
See the pricing factors, read the cost guide, or compare lifting and replacement.
Garage slab leveling and structural foundation repair are different scopes. We assess the floor and explain when structural evaluation or other work is needed.
Clear access to the affected concrete and remove vehicles. We will confirm how much of the space needs to be cleared for your project.
Some cracked slabs can be lifted. Condition and stability matter; severely broken concrete may need replacement.
We inject polyurethane through small holes, monitor the slab as it rises, and patch the injection points when the work is complete.
